Are you a current DMU student or recent graduate (having left DMU since 2024) and have started your own side-hustle, business, freelancing or self-employment venture?

We have a range of special new initiatives and opportunities - including funding - available to you, IF you have obtained a Unique Tax Reference (UTR) number since July 2025 or a business registration number since July 2025 and can provide it to us.

DMU Made will run a number of initiatives and activities in 2026 which offer funding in return for a UTR notification. Please note, each student or recent graduate will only be eligible to receive one DMU Made Grant, regardless of how many initiatives they engage with. DMU Made reserve the right to make some initiatives exclusive to students and recent graduates who haven’t yet submitted or registered for a UTR.
